Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms The 48-Hour Rule: Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellation & Preparation Fee On-Site Fee: Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice incur a $100 fee. Strategic Credit: 50% of these fees are automatically credited back to your account to be used toward future projects or monthly services. Purpose: This covers the labor of the Lead Strategist in performing pre-session diagnostics (Schema check, GMB health, competitive mapping, etc.). Client Acknowledgement: "By scheduling this appointment I understand that SEEN MKTG begins my technical audit immediately upon booking. I agree to the$100 Cancellation Fee for late changes, and I look forward to receiving my $50 credit toward future growth if a reschedule is necessary." 3.
