Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms The 24-Hour Rule: Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Intake Prerequisite: No session will commence until the corresponding Intake Form is submitted. Our strategists use your intake data to prepare your technical audit in advance. Please complete this form as soon as possible. 2. Cancellation & Preparation Fee Standard Fee: Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice incur a $50 fee. Strategic Credit: 50% of these fees are automatically credited back to your account to be used toward future projects or monthly services. Purpose: This covers the labor of the Lead Strategist in performing pre-session diagnostics (Schema check, GMB health, competitive mapping, etc.). Client Acknowledgement: "By scheduling this appointment I understand that SEEN MKTG begins my technical audit immediately upon booking. I agree to the $50 Cancellation Fee or late changes, and I look forward to receiving my $25 credit toward future growth if a reschedule is necessary." 3.
